How many years back does Toyota go making parts for the Corolla?
Honda cut me off of my '92 Vigor a couple of years ago. I'm living off of whatever's left on shelves. Some parts, known to fail, are as rare as hen's teeth.

I bet there are some Honda specific online parts stores that stock out of production oem stuff. There`s literally a ton of places that stock oem Z32 parts for my Nissan. Dealerships of course won`t have any, unless they`re shared parts on current models.

OTOH, I know those cars are about as reliable as a car can get.

would you give a 1991 car to your college age daughter?

Didn't pay all that much more for a 2003 with 12xK on the ticker. The price is too high for what you get. Maybe 4k for a rust free AE86 Corolla, not a 24 year old front driver.

Considering the Toyota Corolla is the highest selling car worlwide in history, I bet they'll continue making parts for the old ones. An Acura Vigor is a rare car. I've yet to not find genuine Toyota OEM parts for my 94.

No they are tin cans in a crash. I would not put my daughter in a less than 2004 vehicle due advancements in safety.

For like $4k in 1999?

Good little cars my friends sister tried to kill one in HS but failed even with no oil in it!

Their time has past find her a 2004+ model.

Not quite.

A semi hit me hard while I was driving a 91' Corolla, he switched lanes right into me. I spun a couple of times, passing cars going 70-75 mph hit me. I ended up in the median.

The officer who responded to the call thought it was a fatal accident when driving up to the scene. I walked out of the car with nary a scratch. It kept me safe.

That sucker still ran though, I drove it out of the tow yard and onto the street where i could pick any salvageable parts off of it.

Only picture I took, but all of the other sides were hit bad.
