Would it be better or overkill to change the OEM FL500S oil filter on my ecoboost 3.5 2014 every year at the mileage indicated by the OLM ( average 9000 miles ) , or to change it every 2 years if I use the Fram ultra guard apparently good for 20000 miles ?

The Fram is a better oil filter than a FL500 the entire time it is on the engine.
