I can get this for $2.79 qt locally and that hands down is the best price I can find anywhere including walmart.

I would like to use it in my Kohler K series, my lawnmowers, and my 18HP briggs L twin. They are not pressure lube engines so I change oil every year as there is nothing to filter it.

Should be fine. A monograde is a monograde to a lawn mower unless we're talking some fancy boutique oil.

Amalie has been in business a long time, based out of Florida. They are a smaller company but have a good reputation for making quality lubes.

Stupid trivia from the movie "Neighbors" with John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd. Belushi gives Ackroyd his car: "She'll need an oil change in about 200 miles. Use Wolf's Head Golden 30 weight. It'll never let you down."

I noticed that too.

Wolf's head is fine. You can put just about anything into a lawnmower and it will work. Just change it at the end of the mow season and you should be good!
