I've heard that crime has increased dramatically in the Scandinavian countries in recent years.
?? I spent some time up in Jemptland (think Ostersund) and other places in the countryside and was shown hunting rifles.
We were constantly asked to bring scopes and other stuff when visiting.
This. I mean I am a fervent USA 2nd Amendment supporter and gun owner/collector - but even in the act - unless these clowns attacked me, I'm not shooting them. Yikes!! Most states it's not lawful, even if the cops shoot the thieves unless threatened, cops just have better "ways" of making the threat real.
That said, thieves are rats. Scared mice of human beings operating in the shadows. My personage with a well controlled firearm, they are running like the wind.
It was 100% some cheap low life who just payed someone 300 bucks and said “go find some wheels for me”
Been there, made worse when the insurance flat dected the truck for inspection and ruined the rotors and drums.
Installed my summer set so it wouldn’t destroy the underside of the car

Tell that to the government. I wouldn’t have seen them because the car is like 500m away from my apartment.

Havent heard anything from the shop other than getting new wheels and sideskirts

If anyone cares I will update the thread when I get the car back from the shop. The shop is VW/Audi certified one so I hope they know what they do. The person I spoke with over the phone was very nice to speak with so thats something. What I want is sideskirts, wheels, new Hakkas and new brake shields.
When the tow guy drove the car on the truck it scraped so much I almost cried. Also if the guys at the shop found anything else broken i want that to. But I will let them to what their work and not be a annoying customer.
The car is old so cant ask for that much. The car was in such good condition for a B7 and I want to keep that way. Sadly hard with all the salt.

i had a shiver down my spine when you were saying it was towed onto the flatbed, thinking without any wheels?! wow that sucks! I can just imagine the noise that made!!
I hope that this turns out better for you! you definitely have our sympathies!
I had the summer set on! The guy drove it on but had so much wheel spin it was kinda funny even with awd. I would never let them drag any of my cars on the truck.
