Me too, eagle, once I started using Motorcraft in my 4.6 and 5.0, start up noise was the lowest it had ever been. Actually no start up noise when it was halfway warm outside. Now I'm a firm believer in Motorcraft filters for Fords... they just work. The price is amazing considering the quality of the filters.
