Yes, the Odyssey is a fantastic top of the line battery, and if you want to save over $100 on one, the Diehard Platinum is actually a identical twin to the Odyssey pc-1500- confirmed by the engineers at Enersys who produce both the Odyssey and platinum branded batteries!!!! My P1 Platinum is the best battery I have ever used in my 33 years of automobile ownership.

I had a diehard SUV battery, it lasted 7 yrs, the negative post loosened itself up and swiveled. the battery was still holding a charge for about 3 months after it was swiveling.

Deka batteries are one of the best. Although my wife's 02 Explorer has the factory Motorcraft battery on it and is still running strong 90,000 miles later.
