It used to be easy to find invoice pricing information on new vehicles, but it is almost impossible to find it these days. Especially if you want to see the invoice pricing for total package, including selected options.

JDPower's site is the closest I have found, but looking for recommendations on additional sources.

(And yes, I recognize that invoice minus holdback isn't always what the dealer pays for the vehicle...)

Thanks.

What you're buying matters a lot. We don't know what you want to buy.
If you want to buy a new Rav4 prime and think you can score one at invoice, good luck on that.

I was just looking for a place to find the information, preferably not one that costs $539 though.

I already agreed on a price with the dealer. I was curious if the published invoice information includes the regional add fee charge that Toyota typically bills their dealer.

Looks like thecarconnection has a feature that allows you to price a new car with options and it will give you the invoice and msrp prices of your build. It doesn't give you any info on regional ad fees (which is a Toyota/Lexus thing), but it otherwise gets you pretty close.

I was able to look at the true dealer invoice on the dealer's computer (via the Lexus dealer portal). As I suspected, there was in fact a $794 regional ad fee that gets charged on every vehicle.

I don't know that there was ever a time when "dealer invoice" was a real number. You're not going to know exactly what a dealer paid for a vehicle. I get it though. You want to have some type of baseline number.

I think the number for each unit is real, but there are volume or trim/build-specific incentives that will allow a dealer to sell some units at a serious loss while still coming out net positive at the end of the month.
