Where has all the Havoline gone?

I think they just stepped aside as the majors do BOGO and freebates for market share. I buy $1 closeout Havoline, but how does that even compete with free PP and SynPower?

I have to admit recently buying a Havoline OC special $12.99, mostly because the Ecotec filter is $10 anyway. 10w30 to use with the 5w-20 superstash.
