Is this new? I've had QS Euro 5w40 sitting on my shelf but this is Ultimate Durability Euro and it has Porsche A40, MB 229.5, and BMW LL01.

It doesn't look like a new product. Here's a VOA that @TiGeo did a while back.

Not sure if it was an evolution to SP but this one is SP but doesn't mention UD.

Walmart is only currently offering a Euro with no particular naming scheme other than "Euro"

Amazon showing "Obsolete". I'm pretty sure the Ultimate Durability naming was retired when they came out with "Ultimate Protection".

"Ultimate durability" line was exclusive for Walmart I believe.
There was really no noticeable difference from QSFS (Full Synthetic).

Ok boys, I looked again on the Quaker State website. Vehicle entered, or no vehicle entered. Nothing. Did a generic search for 5w-40... nothing. Checked the Euro section, the Full Synthetic section, the Ultimate Protection section... nothing. Can someone go to www.quakerstate.com and find it and post the link? Because I cant find it. If you can do this, you're a better man than I am. I will even show the results to my wife, and she wont hestitate in the least in telling you you're a better man than me. I'll even make a cover photo with your username stating you are a better man than me, and I'll keep it there for a week.

I know I can still order it from the Walmart website for almost double what I paid for it in-store six months ago, which I wont be doing, but none of my local Walmarts carry it anymore. Not in several months. None of my local Autozones, Advances, or Oreillys stock it either.

By the looks of it, it has been discontinued. All the usual places I use to see it for sale no longer list it. Quaker State website both American and Canadian no longer show it either.

Thats what I'm thinking. They are either reformulating it and are going to reintroduce later with a gee-whiz bang better than ever version, or its outa here. Or something, I dont know.

The other thing I noticed is all Quaker State Euro oils (5W30 Euro L, 0W30 Euro LX, 5W40 Euro) are no longer listed on any of the usual websites.

There are corresponding euro oils in the Pennzoil lineup. Maybe Shell just figured to do away with the duplication and concentrate on marketing Pennzoil to the euro crowd.

Yeah I dunno, Quaker State seemed to be Shell's answer to Super Tech, Kirkland and the like with a brand name most buyers recognize. Cheap due to virtually no advertising support. Walmart exposure and price seemed to be enough.

I can't imagine this was a big seller for them - I say it's gone for good. I noted Wally hasn't had it in a while and online it shows some ridiculous "out of stock" type price. Sad as this was a good value product.
It’s a fantastic oil though. QS doesn’t advertise to keep price down and I was happy with that

I say give them time. They want to have more shelf space to have different offerings.

I just bought 4 jugs on eBay last month and fulfilled by WalMart...only $18 per jug, free shipping. Just watch for a price drop. Its $22 currently...still less than Walmart.com

Hasn't been available in any Western WA state WalMart in close to two years...and next to no other Euro oils either...I just order on walmart.com or eBay.
