It looks great to me and worthy of a go.

Now, if it was only available at my local Walmart. But alas, it is not, and I cannot even pick it up in the local store.

I'll have to settle for QSFS or Kirkland 5W-30.

I am a little confused with this oil. All times a UOA or VOA goes out for this oil, the phosphorus reports at 800-900 ppm. I thought that the phosphorus is supposed to be around 1000 ppm.

I think different production batches have varying amounts of ingredients and viscosity. So Quaker States published figures may not be accurate. Blackstone labs may not be accurate too.

Quaker State might have changed their formula and did not update the website.

So whatever is published on the Quaker State website is more like hopeful thinking.

Yep, but I've never seen a VOA of a 30 grade oil over 11.6. So it's at least thicker than the thickest 30 grade (that I've seen). Otherwise, it's got a nice additive package.
And a slew of Euro approvals. Got a ton stashed and I don't generally stash oil anymore.

This QS 5w40 is good stuff with much oilyness. I put it in my car and can't tell a difference between it and the 10w30 i ran previously so it must be oil
