Vanishing Point RULED!!! I love that movie!

Mid 1990s on dad's lawnmower. Late 1990s helping dad do the cars. The mowers got PYB and and the cars got Motorcraft. Some of the odd quarts still sit half full on my dad's oil shelf. In 2000 dad switched everything to Mobil 1.

2012. What started as a brake job turned into bleeding brake fluid, oil change, transmission flush, and coolant flush.

2007 on a 1996 Subaru Outback with the 2.5 DOHC H4.

Think the Castrol GTX 5w30 and Wix filter cost me about $10 from Autozone as the "weekly special".

In high school I probably did my first oil change in auto shop as a freshman (92/93). About 1997 I changed the oil on my first vehicle, a 1972 Chevy fleetside with a 307, 350, 305, and 350 again. I have never had anyone change my oil. Besides tires and smog checks, no one touches my cars with a tool.
