Like the title says, what's your favorite condiment?

Mine is hot sauce. I'd say at least half of my meals have some amount of hot sauce added, and I'll put it on nearly anything.

I dont have a favorite... Jerome's hot sauce from the USVI, Roger's BBQ sauce from I-85 in GA and shredded horseradish with cracked pepper and vinegar top my list.

In no particular order:

capers
grape leaves
fresh horseradish (not that stuff with BHT)
sour cream
coarse mustard
pickled mushrooms
catsup
tonkatsu sauce

Forgot about that one... coarse or unground mustard is great... but good old yellow is tasty too. Cant go wrong with mustard.

Forgot another one I really like... Chaat masala.

French's Horseradish Mustard. This stuff it the bomb. Creamy taste, next to zero calories, tastes better than any other horseradish mustard I've tried, yum! This is the only condiment that has replaced mayo on sandwiches for me:

For BBQ, Cattlemen's is better than Sweet Baby Ray's:

How much BHT (butylated hydroxy toluene) does it contain? It's used in embalming fluid. Bon appétit!

Good! Now, how do I get the mustard out of the horseradish?

There is an entire door shelf in my fridge dedicated to hot sauces. I can match a hot sauce to a meal the way some people do with wine.

Since it has indeed no chemicals in it, I bough it. It's alright for a slightly horseradish flavored mustard. Should go fine with a bratwurst. A bit less salty than most US mustard. Now, if I want horseradish, I just want horseradish. Why doesn't anybody make prepared horseradish without nasty chemicals? Not that grinding fresh horseradish is a big bother...
