I work nights, but do get out in the sun as much as possible on my days off, so.

Multivitamin (x1) - I fully acknowledge that I don't eat as well as I should and probably miss out on certain vitamins
B-Complex (x1) - Helps me make it through our 12.5 hour shifts
D/K (x2)- To make up for lack of sunlight
Fish oil (x2) - Omega 3's and all that

That's really it. On my days off I omit the D/K and B Complex

more than others, not as many as some.... excluding prescriptions and OTC allergy meds:
Beta-Sitosterol 320mg
"Full Spectrum" CBD 15mg
Olive Leaf Extract 500mg (Min 20% oleuropein) (2x daily)
Zinc Gluconate 50mg
Potassium Citrate 99mg*
Vit. D3 5000IU* (every other day)
Triple Magnesium Complex 400mg (mixture of Oxide, Glycinate, and Citrate)**
"Full Spectrum" Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops (250mg ea.) [relaxation and Sleep aid]
Delta 9 THC Gummy (10mg) just before bed, if I have to work in the morning - always had trouble falling asleep, melatonin never did much for me, and I work first shift retail...( go in between 5-8am)

OH! and a Store brand Mens 1-a-day multi.

The Beta-Sitosterol, CBD, Olive Leaf, Magnesium, and Valerian/Chamomile/Hops blend Come mail order From Swanson Vitamins ( Swanson.com ). I started with them as a reliable source for the Olive Leaf as the local supply was either spotty in availability, or Horrendously overpriced...and Amazon wasn't much better...

before I started the olive leaf, I would get ear infections 3-4 times a year... since I started taking it twice daily about 10-15 yrs ago, I've not had a Single one.

*after a couple rounds of kidney stones. urologist suggested I needed more Citrate, as it binds to Sodium to help flush it out before it can crystalize and make stones. Potassium also helps remove excess sodium, so I thought win win.... about 2 years later, my routine blood work came back too high in Potassium, and Deficient in Vit. D Doc suggested 2000IU daily, store had pills in 1000, 5000, and 10,000IU... bought the 5 and do one every other day.

**recent addition to aid in falling asleep, muscle cramps, and as a side effect, I'm not up to pee as much at night..

For many years I thought Swanson was a junk brand and low quality 🤔
They aren't... the olive leaf extract is top notch and many of their supplements when tested are at the top... as stated or better than the label and the prices are a bargain.

FYI for people taking high doses of zinc, read up on how it can cause copper deficiency. Zinc and copper compete for absorption in the gut. Too much of one interferes with absorption of the other.
