Our internet provider just forced us into a higher speed plan. We had 300/300 for $57.95 a month actual payment.
They no longer offer that speed so forced to accept 500/500 at $67.95 a month. The speed is completely useless to me and most homeowners.
I called them up to complain, no dice. Wont give in.
I also measured my speed and I am not getting 500/500 but unless I hook up a ethernet to the router they wont send someone out.
I know I am right, so I filed a complaint with the FCC. I KNOW I will be hearing from the internet provider within a week to check it out now. *LOL*

I also sent two speed tests from different sources and we are not close to 500/500 service. Its more like our older 300/300
