What is Ford service fill approval

On some Mobil 1 spec sheets they say the oil meets Ford service fill approval. Does anyone know what this means.

I believe this means its warranty approved by Ford, that is if the correct viscosity for your engine. My dealership uses Mobil 1 instead of Motorcraft synblend.

Pretty much what CurtisB said. Some models came with Mobil 1 as factory fill, such as the 00 Cobra R.
