What are you eating right now?

The wife and I I had a rare day on the Harley with nothing but Comfort Junk Food! A Mustard chili and onion Smash burger for lunch, Ice cream later in the day and wings and beer this evening!

Yea, I try to watch what I eat but NOT TODAY! Things in my world are a bit more stressful than normal the wife and I have been seeing little of each other so today was a feel good day we needed!

This is a well-made olive oil. Very buttery, and I could not detect any bitterness. It cooks differently, too. More like cooking with butter.

I haven't made up my mind about it yet. I never thought that I would say this, but it may be too buttery. I probably should try it out a few more times. It might make an awesome vinaigrette with some fish lemon juice or a good balsamic vinegar.

What olive oils do you recommend?

This site keeps spell "correcting" my posts. Then, the Edit button disappears. It takes me 30 seconds to write a post and 30 minutes to proofread it. Still, my posts upload in "spell correct language" instead of English. Am I the only one who is tired of this? :mad:
 
At work had my lunch... Sandwich with homemade fiber bread I came up with (whole wheat, rye, psyllium, seed mix).. Each 100g serving is 8.3g fiber and 6.9g protein... Then had it with smoked pork loin and smoked cheese (both of which I made/smoked) with mustard and lettuce, with a side of cantaloupe. Oh, and finished with a coffee at a local roaster I stopped at to pick up some more beans from.

Been on a stricter diet the past 7 weeks... 2,600 calories daily/weekly average, which is quite easy to say the least... Still enjoy beer nights 3x a week with the other half, still making pizza twice a week (we make, of course) and anything else I'd typically eat per usual, but just focus a bit more on whole foods and fiber than I used to. So some minor swaps and just logging all I eat to keep myself in line. So far I am down 15lbs in 7 weeks so far, so things are going well and it's been quite easy to say the least. Planning another 20-25 lbs over the coming months.

I am 6ft 6in and fairly active, so my daily maintenance caloric intake is around 3100-3200. I have been 252-258lb for probably 15 years at this point and just kind of sick of sitting in that window, so decided to finally hammer down and drop some weight! Currently at my lowest weight since high school, I think... Feeling pretty good.

Good for you! On the same journey. I've dropped 45lbs since last summer and still 10lbs to go. It seem like those last 10 will be the most difficult or at least take the longest.
 
Thats great! Good for you! And yeah, I expect it to slow a bit as I get closer to my target, but I figure ill drop my daily calories soon to 2500 and then eventually 2400 near the end to combat that a bit.
