Not me, I will always choose super hot over super cold. I can always cool off quickly on a hot day by jumping in a pool or going somewhere with AC. But when I am outside on a super cold day it takes me hours to get fully warm and comfortable again once I go inside. No thanks
I’m giving a winery tour today in NOTL in the EV9 and I’ll crank up the heat to 80 degrees when I’m waiting for my guests to finish in each of the three wineries. It sucks that it’s this cold and that NOTL has a fresh coat of snow on the roads because I won’t be able to wash the EV before I pick up my guests

Been do more breakfast's like yours. Cooked a whole 12 oz package of Hormel Black Label and ate on it for 3 days. Put some on a baked potato had a bacon and egg scramble the morning I cooked it.. Still have 3 slices left. That's a good low carb breakfast your having.

One of my favorite meals is a loaded baked potato sans sour cream. No blood sugar problems so I splurge once in a while. I'm pretty sure my 16/8 IF keeps my BS in control. 30 squats every morning helps too. Balance Danielson, Balance. Wishing you success in your battle.
