Amazing you can go to sleep so soon after eating. I never could do that. Problem solved haven’t eaten since 11:30am!250mg of magnesium glycinate before bedtime for sleep quality plus an ounce of almonds and a can of sardines to reduce my calorie deficit to about 800. I just wasn't that hungry today for some reason.

Lately I've discovered sour cream and rice vinegar as a dressing. I sometimes put dried dill in it. I also love tzatziki sauce over a green salad with diced chicken. Taylor Farms Mediterranean Crunch salad kit, some dried fruit and nuts, dry curd cottage and feta cheeses, added some red bells and grape tomatoes. Cheater Friday night meal. We like simple dressings like EVOO/Avo oil and ACV or Balsamic.

I agree on the Mg. I use citrate The older a person gets the less tolerant of missing salts and minerals. I know I need NaCl, K and Mg. Citrate is supposed to good for kidney health
