I didn't do a proper fast today, only 13.5hrs, I had a chorizo breakfast burrito this morning.

No photo of food or scenery but weather is much cooler today, so much so that it actually felt cold when on my morning walk compared to yesterdays 110°.
63°f, feels like 53° and 35mph wind gusts.
 
250mg of magnesium glycinate before bedtime for sleep quality plus an ounce of almonds and a can of sardines to reduce my calorie deficit to about 800. I just wasn't that hungry today for some reason.
Amazing you can go to sleep so soon after eating. I never could do that. Problem solved haven’t eaten since 11:30am!

I agree on the Mg. I use citrate The older a person gets the less tolerant of missing salts and minerals. I know I need NaCl, K and Mg. Citrate is supposed to good for kidney health

It's the end of the week and I was tired. I just baked off the b/s thighs and cube them up when they cool.

Taylor Farms Mediterranean Crunch salad kit, some dried fruit and nuts, dry curd cottage and feta cheeses, added some red bells and grape tomatoes. Cheater Friday night meal. We like simple dressings like EVOO/Avo oil and ACV or Balsamic.

Lately I've discovered sour cream and rice vinegar as a dressing. I sometimes put dried dill in it. I also love tzatziki sauce over a green salad with diced chicken. Kind of a low carb swarma minus the pita.

If there's one thing I can do it's eat, lol. I'm not going to bed immediately, though. I take the mg an hour or two before bed.
