What split with triceps i do like chest and bi's
Because I'm trying to avoid injuries by limiting the weights I'm using these days, I'm pre-exhausting doing tri's first ahead of shoulders. This limits the amount I can press which keeps things safe during the compound overhead stuff but doesn't directly affect my strength on side and rear lateral raises. I've also switched to doing my pressing last in my shoulder rotation which is the opposite of what I've done my entire lifting life. Seems to be working nicely thus far:)
