What are you eating right now?

Having a little snack before I make myself some more dinner. Pan seared Ahi tuna with soy sauce and wasabi.

Good question. A decent amount as I am pretty active. I should actually calculate calories. I fat/protein load my AM first meal and I typically leafy green/protein load my second meal and then fast until next AM. I'm not really trying to lose weight. I will be 68 this year, 5'8" 162# now. Naturally stocky build.

My previous life I was a high stress, sedentary occupation carb raper and pillager. At some point I was 199# and got so freaked I stopped eating to not break 200!
Time spread between meal 1 and 2? I assume the fast is ~ 12hrs?
 
Had a couple of tablespoons of flax seeds for dinner last night and skipped breakfast this morning. Will have some meatloaf and an apple for lunch prior to my heavy weights workout later in the afternoon.
