Dinner tonight is a Massaman adjacent curry. Made it with ground beef, zucchini, mushrooms, salad greens, Aroy D Massaman paste, tamarind paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, etc. Served over riced cauliflower (sad face).
It’s currently 79.7° and feels like 75.7°. It’s meant to be back up to 104° tomorrow.So 'feels like' 63F for a wet skin in the wind, lol.

Pan is "All-Clad" "Metalcrafters". I'm not a fan of non-stick, wife says this one is safe. I still don't trust, so never heat empty pan and never over 3-4 on our induction cook top.
I know that too but still don’t trustThe old "teflon pans will kill" you is soooo outdated and misapplied today. Non-stick pans today don't have bad chemmies in them.
My SD threw all of our Anolon pans in the trash one day declaring that they would cause cancer. I calmly told her to pull them out, wash them, and put them away or I would throw her out. I sat her down at the computer and made her read the reality of modern coatings and chemical bans in the US. She now understands to research and not knee jerk over "common knowledge", internet sheep dip content, and what random friends tell her.
