What are you eating right now?

Trying a so called American sloppy Joe. Finding Worcestershire sauce wasn’t the easiest. Also using pure yellow mustard just looks wrong but have to try the real thing. Swedish minced meat though.

So funny. I absolutely hated those things when I was a kid. Uggg, my sister and brother too. Of course being the old days (1960's) we had to eat them. My dad would not tolerate it.

The funny part, I would love to try yours in Sweden!!

England not so far away, I would think Worcestershire would be around. I don't remember mustard being involved.

I did jsut search for "Sloppy Joe" on google and did the first thing i found. Worcestershire Seem to just be some soysouce with some other things in. Smells really fishy. I just want just to try it for the fun. England may not be in length far way but central europe really dont get anything english. Atleast here in scandi.

My try in Sweden my be a little bit modern with real meat and all. I have seen what you anglos use for spices haha.

I have to say a sloppy Joe is just a bolognese with bread. I’d rather eta it with pasta than bread and skipping paying 6 for wash your sister sauce.
