Back in the day if I missed a day of lifting every bone and joint ached until I resumed. Zero exaggeration.

In reality older I get eating number 1 I lift get heavy whatever that is for you still 8 to 10 reps 2 sets done maybe 4 exercises per session now I'm done and satisfied

I had a busy day in Niagara Falls and just got home a few minutes ago. I had a KFC Famous Chicken Sandwich for my last meal at 3:00, of course I added my honey mustard sauce. Before that I had an ice cream cone, because sometimes I feel like eating desert first

I haven’t seen any great A&W deals lately but KFC still has the $5.95 deal on the Famous Chicken Sandwich on Fridays
