What are you eating right now?

Haha! I am not that lucky.

I am more like this one.

I am quite sure Iowa's own undrafted homeboy who was stacking can goods on a grocery store shelf as an adult man, only later to become a SuperBowl MVP, may have felt like an "old violin while stacking can goods"-- only to have new breath into his life.

Never been a lucky man myself. But who knows?
Maybe @AutoMechanic could come here on vacation. Maybe give him a lesson and turn it into this::p

Shepherds pie apparently has some loosely interpreted requirements

I put cheezy taters top and bottom but no mash

Used bif but we had no froze peas. Carrots and cabbage and chopped onion

Deglazed sauté pan with stock and Worcestershire sauce thickened nicely with breadcrumbs

EDIT: Seasonings: Salt, pepper, marjoram, onion powder, and good stone ground mustard (short tablespoon - to taste), and more Worcestershire

My first go around but trying ground beef jerky. This isn't my own concoction but using store bought seasoning packages. Like an idiot, I thawed 4 pounds not 5 so I had use a partial pack. The jerky gun works great and things went well. Will be checking in another hour or so.

I did not use the nitrates so I will have to burn through this batch fast.
