What are you eating right now?

Since I am the designated family baker I am preparing for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Gingerbgread and Christmas cakes are in demand and I just made this season's batch of gingerbread spice mix. I'll be baking this weekend and again in a few weeks.

Once blended, the mix goes into spice jars. Each jar has the gingerbread recipe on it. Only select family members are entrusted with a labeled jar and if they betray that trusty my wrath is terrible.
