What cuts of meat is that? Looks like you did a good sear/char on them. Did you do that in a grill or on the stove? Looks like something I could do with a black iron pot. Betting it did not take long either. We dont do lots of red meat. If I do , I will usually sear it in seasonings and then take the pot off the stove and finish off in the oven.Sorry for the formatting. Just copy to a note or word or whatever and clean up. I just copied and pasted from Milk Street. They have some good recipe but it costs money to join. I stole this when the wife did the $1 membership thing.
That said you know me, don't actually follow a recipe*, but should be good if you follow this one.

Sounds ok, I’ve never had a frozen meal like that. It might come as a shock, but when a frozen meal is required I’m partial to a meat pie.Fried boneless chicken, mashed potatoes and cake
