Corn bread dressing + fresh green beans with tiny potatoes.
Wife made a large pan of corn bread Friday. I took the leftovers yesterday and combined the rest of it with chopped seasonings , white pepper , beef broth , cajun dry seasonings with ground beef , a tiny bit of ground pork from freezer and turned turned it into corn bread dressing. My French grandmother used to make a bread dressing and corn bread dressing like that for holiday meals.

Looks good. Sometimes the wife brings home a butternut squash. Looks like the one you cooked. Once in a while we cook sweet potatoes with that type squash. She will combine the two after with some butter or olive oil and a tiny bit of seasoning.
