I had a Sam’s club ready made rack of bbq ribs, they aren’t $6.99/12 bone full rack anymore but if I see them I grab them as my store never has any.

Luck has nothing to do with it. If I want, I can just pee out 5 liters after depleting my glycogen stores and cutting down on salt. I'm not trying to lose weight per se. I have been rather light for the last six months. I'm practically a feather.
