What are you eating right now?

That's what we called an egg fried in a piece of toast growing up. That's what Mom would hand out as we scrambled out the door late for the school bus. Sometimes she would melt some cheese on top.
We called that an egg in a hole. No hole in my toast there, just toast dipped in egg. Now I want toad in the hole. The good news is, I have toads and holes!

The French word for a sunny-side-up fried egg is oeil-de-boeuf or literally ox's eye. Oxeye is an English synonym for daisy. I'll take 'the rapists' for 200, Alex.

Hmm... Do you mean you want, "Yorkshire pudding with sausage and onion gravy?" (thanks Google) The pictures of that certainly look delicious. Or something else? I'm not too familiar with British cuisine.

That's it, although I prefer to skip the onion gravy. And Yorkshire pudding is more like a thick pancake mix rather than (bread) pudding. And pudding can be a generic English term for any dessert. It gets a little weird. Toad in the hole is good. Fattening, unhealthy, what's not to like?

Oatmeal bread from somewhere mom’s girlfriend got. With vegemite and Leinster cheese on it. 3 scrambled eggs with onion, jalapeños, sliced tomato and spinach and kale. Peets major dickason roast

Smoothie of mom’s homemade peanut butter, kale, and lettuce(hearts of romaine) multi color bell peppers, blueberries and grapes, 2g sugar plain yogurt and water.

Steak and cake at local restaurant. 10oz filet and real big crab cake. Double side of steamed cauliflower and broccoli. Ice water and unsweet tea.

Gotta love the Sourdough bread

Had some bad fast food last night. Feel like crud this AM, could hardly sleep.

Had some dry toast this AM and usually don't eat anything this early. Will try coffee to move things along.
Why don't you tell us what tasty treat didn't become you?

Hamburger and street fries.

Hamburger. Not sure if meat. Not recognizable. Thumb sized hole in top of bun. Basically a wafer thin see through piece of "meat"(?)
Street fries. Had to try them. Didn't like them. Ewwwwe.

Better now, just a bit gassy. Did play over 3 hours of pickleball so I got electrolytes.

Tofu, and turkey, bacon and Swiss. After 3.4 mile walk into town and back via trail thru sunny side park near folks house. Trevor loved it.
