Actually, the brand I used to day just lists "pork" but doesn't say which part of the pig it uses.

I felt peckish. Tofu-shirataki filled me up for an hour or two. Maple-bourbon ham, Swiss, arugula, and few nightshade fruits.

Farfalle Barilla Plus protein pasta with a homemade San Marzano tomato sauce, chicken sausage, ricotta, and parmesan. My wife made this in about 15 mins. Delicious!

Klaus invited himself. I could not come up with a good excuse and he was already at the gate. I fed him to Cuddles - that was my initial plan but I decided against justified murder and instead fed him and me sausages, Bavarian mustard, kraut salad, and and a mix of maitake and arugula. He drank beer with Coke aka Diesel and I drank a bottle of red to ease my headache. My wife said afterward, "Who the [censored] was that [censored] weirdo?"
