Public Health Nurse came this AM. Helped me shower, got groceries and did my running.
We had a new Runza open in town Monday. Had her stop and get us food. I had an original Runza and she got a wrap.
It was OK, but not as good as I remembered 20 years ago. Maybe my tastes are changing.

Kind of a pastry with meat, cabbage and onions baked inside. They have multiple choices.
Completely unheard of in these parts.

Early lunch. Chicken salad sandwich from the rotisserie chicken I bought at Costco yesterday. I omitted most of the salt due to the saltiness of the brined bird. I also used my new favorite kitchen thing which is home made mayo made using a stick blender.
I think they originated in Nebraska. Now there are a few Iowa locations. More of a regional thing.
Dessert of sour cream strawberries dates and half and half. Espresso lungo.
