What are you eating right now?

Expensive coffee. What the heck is Express A? More costly coffee?
I love omelettes, but don't drink coffee.
Seems like normal anymore. Yeah I know, rip off. $3 cup of decaf. I'll never complain about the price of my Nespresso pods again. I was telling the wife at my Men's church group meeting at Wood's Coffee, the Americano (1 or 2 shots with hot water) was under $3. Nice tall great tasting cup.

Express A is just a choice of eggs and meats. The A was fried with a couple sausages and toast.
My omelette was exemplary. I didn't eat the hash browns but did eat one half of one of these pieces of sourdough toast because they had marionberry freezer jam...........yeah I shouldn't eat that, but I spread it thin just to have that heavenly taste.

Reminds me, blood sugar test time!

That sounds better. My previous grocery getter used to get some kind of coffee, at a local joint and I think it had expresso in the name. Cost about $8-9 for a big cup. The price floored me. I don't mind paying for good food though. Eggs and meat are a good thing.

I do know, meals on wheels suck more every day. Today was some soggy looking piece of breaded fish. Have not eaten it yet.
About ready to cancel them. A Banquet TV dinner or Hungry Man look much more appealing. Yesterday was worse, looked like dog puke.

Really wish I could find an honest young lady, that needed some help and would return it to me. I'm talking cooking, cleaning and grocery getting stuff. I have a spare bedroom and pay all food in return. Free place for them to live. My luck, I would get some rip off artist and steal me blind. My previous grocery getter and I got along great, and she had to move because she could not afford her house. She would have been a perfect match, but she has a 15 and 7 year old Daughter. Don't think I could handle that in my house.

Pork tenderloin al Marsala served on a bed of parmigiano Reggiano infused polenta, topped with sauteed garlic broccolini:

The most expensive part of the meal was the broccolini bunch ($10). It's expensive to eat healthy :ROFLMAO: .

View attachment 200353Long John Silvers. One of my favorite fish places. Laugh if you want but it’s good food best tasting fried fish ever in my opinion. Never thought I’d convince my parents to eat here lol.
I used to like Long John Silvers occasionally, back when I worked close to one.
Much better than the soggy fish I got, from meals on wheels today. (y)
