I gotta think grannies was better.

I did roast the meat and bones in a hot oven first. I think that adds a lot of flavor. I ate all the marrow and soft connective tissue as well. Like grass fed butter!
Grandma would slow cook the bones with meat in a pot, and use the meat, bone and fresh broth from it. She may have did them in oven, I’ll ask mom

I'm giving Pablo a hard time, I think. Dinner was a homemade Beef Stroganoff pasty. Next will be a tikka masala pasty.

I really should make a pretty crimp.

I had simple salad and some spicy tofu for dinner.

A couple hours after, my BG was 94. I've never been under 100 since I started with this meter in October. Winning this battle I tell you.

It will be very interesting what the DP does overnight. Maybe I can be 120.
