What are you eating right now?

Breakfast was a homemade hamburger patty heated in a small, black iron skillet, as you would a cut-up sausage onto which your pour 2 beaten eggs to make loaded scrambled eggs.

I make small, well seasoned hamburger patties by the dozen and we eat them as desired.
My p-grandmother used to call them, "little cakes". They're very handy to have around.

Obviously, season to taste....and I have good taste....so good, in fact, I can't enjoy a burger out because they always have zero flavor.

Guess she makes me "not Gay" AM had a post about phone numbers with a 2 in the general topic forum. I was questing my manhood on that one. :ROFLMAO:

Back to meals on wheels today in an other hour or so. Menu today:
Goulash, glazed carrots, green beans, dinner roll and brownie. Could be worse!
I have apples, oranges and Twix candy bars for dessert, if still hungry. Life is good.

And two scrambled eggs with some shredded pepper Jack cheese. Not the healthiest but on a 17F day it works

Well, meals on wheels delivered the food. NOT what was on the menu, but they are all messed up due to a few snow days. No goulash today like on the menu.

Some kind of nasty looking breaded meat, baked potato and peas. Dinner roll and a packet of mayo. Not sure if that is for the potato or the roll? Nothing else in the menus are even close in this time frame. Guess i will find out soon.
