Yes, K2 soecifically. Me sloppy. Without the K2 the calcium may end up stiffening arterial walls. However, 1,000 of D IU is just a fart in the wind. I prefer to get my D via sunshine and from food. Your body can make the equivalent of 10,000 IU D in 30 minutes spent under sunlight with your face and arms exposed.

You have a good doc, but 1000MG is TOXIC. I am assuming you typoed it.

That said, you should have your blood level D checked
I believe after looking at paperwork it’s IU of Vitamin D. I’ll check with mom as she worked in healthcare field.

On that lecture; I’m done here. I’m still losing weight and being healthier. I’m also walking lot more when not at work. I’m certainly NOT gonna second guess my new doctor who listens to my concerns.
 
I had all kinds of med pros tell me all kinds of things that were wrong and misleading. Sorry if I come across as too lectury!!

Well, new doctor said the amount because of winter and he didn’t know how much D if any I took.

Now, if I ate like AutoMechanic: I’d be worried about being diabetic. His sodium and sugar amounts are nuts!

K&W again. We were going to go to Golden Corral but they had a waiting line out the door. Ham, cheese and mushroom omelette, sausage links and hash browns. Edit to add forgot the apples which are a little too sweet for me but dad likes them.
 
Wife made me biscuits and gravy this morning. Unfortunately the sausage was some off brand and the biscuits were some drop biscuits I made the other night, so it was a rather bland meal. Still, I didn't have to cook, so that worked for me.
 
Early lunch. Well, it's supposed to be an hour later. Whatever. Henberries, chicken, onion, bell peppers, avocado, a little salsa. Fact-check me on the last one, it could be pico de gallo. I'll be headed for the water in a little while. 61°F and a little foggy. Not bad.

Never heard of henberries. I’ll have to look those up. Cool slippers😍😍
