The pork roast.



Cream sauce with mushrooms. Veggies roasted in roast drippings. Herbs, especially rosemary and marjoram. Two bottles of red wine bit the dust for this meal. 3/4 of a bottle for the marinade, 1/4 bottle for the sauce. and one bottle for the chef. Skål!

All sliced


Had it with a little sauerkraut on the side and,m of course, cranberries.
