The chicken breast was tender and perfectly cooked, but I prefer thinner strips of chicken for picatta.....

Dinner at a Lebanese restaurant after a 20 hour fast:
Jerk chicken. Fired up the barbie at 32 F. A good Jerk Chicken is always slightly burned.
You would love the bacon at ROUTE 68 feed mill. Not salty at all. Very thick cut and lean.

Oh it was. As stated $10 for 5 huge biscuits with grav and two jumbo over easy eggs: priceless! You should’ve saw the aunts Texas style French toast.Not much bacon I don't love!
@Pablo, in regard to the sudden coffee intolerance, I asked a gastroenterologist what he thought and he said it's probably due to the caffeine stimulating the additional production of stomach acid. That can be enough to cause nausea without any other problems, especially on an empty stomach. He said "Try decaf" but I don't drink coffee for the taste but for the caffeine.
Chocolate gelato. Low sugar content, about 1/8 tsp per ball. Half the amount of sugar the recipe calls for was replaced with inulin 6:1 by volume. 1 tablespoon sugar was replaced with 6 tablespoons inulin (prebiotic fiber). Inulin does not have a funky taste of aftertaste.
The gelato started melting because I had to wrestle with the pussies. They go bonkers when I am around the fridge.

County public health nurses came, got me signed up and showered this morning.
Beginning Wed 11/01/23 I will be getting meals on wheels Mon-Fri. Did not know they were offered in this little hick town.
$5.75 per meal and the menu does not look bad! Has to be better food than I have been eating for the most part.
