Pasta alla Checche: I call it Pasta alla Pomodoro Crudo as it's a simple, quick meal done in the time it takes to cook the pasta, about 9 - 10 minutes or so. It's so fast because the sauce is uncooked. Just cut up some tomatoes into bite-size pieces(cherry and sugar plum are great here, but any ripe and in-season tomato can work), chop some fresh mozzarella in similar-sized pieces, add some great olive oil, and some good quality dried oregano or thyme, or fresh herbs, add some hot pasta water and the pasta, and you're done. Don't forget the salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Note the size and shapes of the pasta.

Orange Chicken with super greens at Panda

Odd how I come here one week normal size portions, come a few weeks later my coupon is expired by a day and the portion is half.

The way coupons work at these places is completely useless unless you come in every day and are sure to fill out the survey That night.

I’m remembering why I no longer stop here once a week, coupons are always expired, the portions vary from adequate to child sized and you have to check in person and wait to get fresh food (drive through gives you petrified noodles)
