Lunch. Shirataki noodles (2g carbs, 9 calories!), marinara dressed up with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and ground pork. There's Swiss cheese under the marinara, you'll have to take my word for it. I got the layering wrong because of my pussies. The usual salad. Spring mix, meaning baby kale, spinach bay chard, and arugula with an addition of cucumber, almonds, sesame seeds, pepitas, and mozzarella. I'm still lingering at the beach shack. Limited cooking options.

 
I'm working on a tofu-chicken patty with Asian flavorings and ingredients. I think the chicken would be a more interesting choice than turkey.
Ground poultry is absolutely repulsive to me.

We all have some things we don't like. Top of list with turkey bacon. Chicken sausage. Stuff tastes bad for a reason and must be hidden with spices at best.
