You guys are getting so fancy. Well, some of you. 
I'm posting my dinner 6 hours late because of wife and such. Turkey-tofu patties made with onions, peppers, sesame seeds, and spices. Spring Mix with cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, almonds, and pistachios. Onion dressing.

I like that idea. I often use ground turkey made intovarios patty forms, and I frequently enjoy tofu. Never thought to put 'em together.You guys are getting so fancy. Well, some of you. About 60% turkey and 40 % tofu. An egg as binding agent.

I'm in Williamsburg today, and I always pass Steinberg's Kosher Bakery when I get this route, but they were out of black and white cookies
They have the best black and white cookies
Chocolate rugelach will do
They were also out of Coke, so Kosher Pepsi it is
I like picking up a Kosher Coke/Pepsi when in a neighborhood that stocks it, or during Passover
It's made the old timey way, with real sugar, not HFCS
Seek it out, probably tastes like soda did when you were a kid

Just a saucy chicken stir-fry type deal I had leftover. After work I appreciate being able to toss something in a pan with a little chicken stock and have dinner ready in 10 minutes

Italian sausages and bratwurst. With bread and butter pickles and chips and salsa. I don’t like cooked peppers except in fajita’s so I am not having no peppers or onions with it. No sides unfortunately so had to makeshift some lol.
Looks great, mine are always cheater versions steamed under a lid so they don't get that texture but I don't want to heat the house up turning the broiler on in the summer

Under most of my food pics you'll see something stainless underneath unless I've got a towel draped over it to dry. That's the Breville we love it so much
