It doesn't look as though the cocoa is thoroughly and evenly dissolved.Hot cacao (Guittard) made with unhomogenized full-fat milk and a little dark Vermont maple syrup.

That's because it's not made with processed cocoa but with unprocessed, other than having been ground, cacao. Cacao is hydrophobic and doesnt dissolve well in liquids. Cocoa dissolves more readily because of the chemical treatment it has undergone. Some cocoa and hot chocolate powders for sure contain emusifiers.

Tacos I wanted Chinese food but I’m saving money so I’ll take the tacos. Parents had chili which is something I’d never eat. I can’t do chili. Tacos are pretty good. Good with the baseball game.
