it's 9:45 Am EST and I'm now eating home made chili with slaw on top as a cooler. It works like this.. once in a blue moon, we start getting text asking when are we going to be making our famous chili.. so the wife yanks out the croc and cooks up a pot of her chili. then makes her home made slaw (coleslaw) the slaw ( placed on top of the chili) cools the chili while eating.

I made a orange beef and veggie and foodle stir fry
It was tasty. I marinated the cut up flat iron steak - I used the zest of one orange and one tangerine, and the juice from both. Next time I may go with a couple scoops of frozen orange juice concentrate to give the orange more body. I went light on salt, could have used more. More 5-spice powder.

Veggies first in proper order, the cook meat.

I can handle the Foodles well now. Rinse, soak, rinse again well with RO water. The earthy sea bottom smell was pretty much gone (my wife likes that smell, don't ask) . This time I let them air dry for an hour or so, then squeezed lemon juice on them. To cook after the meat came out of the wok, I threw the marinade in there, boiled for seconds, threw the foodles in, tossed and dumped the meat and veggies in for a final toss. You really don't need to cook foodles, just heat.
