What are you eating right now?

Not eating it right now but on the go is sausage and white bean ragout, white wine, tomato fennel broth, extra virgin olive oil and home-made chicken stock.

It’s a tool that helps that’s about it.
you still need to be in a calorie deficit to cut weight.
For me to get peeled it was a matter of getting an accurate reading on my BMR. Then consume 400 calories a day less than that while doing 40 minutes of cardio at my target heart rate of ~123bpm first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Want effective? Try that for two months...

Why Fasted cardio the data to believe of it’s benefits have been debunked many times over. Most people believe they burn all theses calories while doing some light cardio and think they pound more food or worse shakes. The fact is its way easier not to eat the dang food that got you in trouble in first place and learn to have some dang discipline in your diet.
I am not against cardio it is a benefit I do it at least 4 to 5 days a week hard training on the road bike it still don’t give me blank check to eat what the heck I ever want to and stay lean 365 days a year.

Don't know what to tell 'ya man.
8-10 weeks of following the regimen I mentioned following months of clean bulking, I looked like an anatomy chart.
I have an ecto-meso body type and naturally fast metabolism even now, so just went with what worked for me.

There is time to edit driving for riding or ? 🤔
I don't drive when working oconus. I typically sit in the second row of a microbus, right behind the driver. The drivers are like amateur stock car racers, so I figure behind the driver is the safest spot. It is not if, but when we will get in a crash. I typically cover a lot of ground every day , so lots of time in the microbus.

Pablo - does this count as Overlanding or do you need to see the roof of this ScoobyVan ?

Sirloin steak. Late posting, it is 0555 where I am right now, driving about 140km per hour in a microbus. Had tech issues last night, photo would not upload.

The meal looks tasty, GON! I just can't understand how your body adjusts to the time change. It would take mine forever.

What is the change, 12 hours or so? It's about 5:30 PM in my part of the USA now. I could never do your job, but good on you.

My cleaning lady is supposed to be bringing beer and Chinese tonight in another hour.
