In the spirit of Pablo and those delicious ribs

3 cheese Mac and cheese. The fish is all gone too as it was delicious. I don’t eat cokeslaw as no one makes it right. Always so sweet and runny 😝😝😝

Yes, the buttery steakhouse- but they all are good and add different flavors to basic proteins.

Until I found Kinders, my go to seasoning salt was Jane's Krazy mixed up salt. I used this stuff for years. Jane's was a huge blessing when I worked in Afghanistan in 2002. Almost no food options- we had ground hog day of food every day for months. Jane's was my secret little pleasure at the time. Made the most bland food taste so much better. But today, Kinder's buttery makes everything taste better. But I mix up my seasonings often, as I typically eat basic proteins at home- the seasoning rotations make the protein different every time.

The in-laws took the kids for the weekend so I got to cook my wife our Valentine's dinner this evening.

Mediterranean sea bass, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, paprika, parsley, cilantro, and lime, pan seared in butter with more lime, served with Mexican street corn (with another squirt of lime) and steamed and seared brussel sprouts. It came out great, the skin on the bass nice and crispy, bold flavors of smoke and lime, and everything complimented each other. I'm tooting my own horn, but I'm proud of this dinner. It came out exactly how I imagined it.

Dinner was a slice of dark whole kernel bread topped with an uncured sausage and Grey Poupon. half a grapefruit with a lot of pith from my mixed citrus tree, and baby spinach with cherry tomatoes. I also had a piece of excellent brie but Im ate it before it made it to the plate.

There is a plaque outside the entrance to this restaurant stating it was named by the new York times as one of the top 100 restaurants in the world.

The restaurant is known for its dumplings and chicken soup. The restaurant is huge and sells food at a very discount price .
