What are you eating right now?

#5 at Burger King. Look at the price difference between the meal and just the burgers. Food was somewhat nasty.

I have not eaten lamb in over 40 years. My Dad gave us some ground lamb. (he raised them) Fried some up in a hot skillet one night. Stunk up the house bad, so I took a bite and threw it in the garbage. Maybe too high of heat cooking?

But these days and pics like this...I would like to try it again! Tastes sometimes change as we age, or I messed up cooking it in a fry pan.
Best guess is I would probably like it, if cooked properly.

Lamb has to be lean. It's the fat that has the nasty taste

I haven’t had and food or drink other than water since sunset yesterday and won’t eat or drink anything beside water until sunset today.

Sk_pete, I like your post, its awesome when we can get put and pick or grow our own food but I hate mushrooms and everything about them. Mind you, fsrm eggs rock and make everything better. I have about three dozen in the fridge right now.

So, on with the show. Ferrier day at the Crimetown ranch. Its a full day of work plus fencing so we don't fk around. 5 pound speckle park sirloin roast for supper and pork belly with meat church honey hog marinade for an afternoon snack. 225F with apple wood. To make it a hat trick I might have a fake beer and fight a guy.

I have copious potatoes and carrots from my garden that will meet their demise today.
