I am thawing a couple El Monterey Beef & Bean Chimi's and soaking a 1/3 cup of Minute Rice.

Other than some odds and ends, I just did my first cook on the Traeger. Turned out great considering I could have used a better balance of spice. The only issue I found was the digital meat probe was not optimal for this smaller bird. I ended up checking with my smaller analog thermometer.
Took about 2 hours from start to finish and the kids loved it.
