Dinner tonight at the seafood house. Had to end up sending it back as the fish came out practically raw on one end. Now I have the correct cooked fish lol. I don’t think fish is supposed to be bright pink looking at me haha. I’m still angry that they won’t fry the tilapia anymore for me. They said it’s a liability issue because it could be undercooked. Well looks like broiling it doesn’t do much better anymore lol. My parents said they believe it’s because it can fall apart when fried even though the restaurant swears it’s because it can be undercooked. There was a really nice manager here who used to make them fry it for me all the time when I was a kid unfortunately he is gone now. And I know they weren’t fooling me because you can’t find another fish that taste like tilapia.
