Homemade jalapeño cheddar cheese cornbread with a riff on a traditional Caldo Verde ... more like potato-butternut squash-chard-leek soup with some added frozen veggies to clean out the freezer.

Well seeing AutoMechanic posting a picture of Taco Bell got me to craving it. I haven’t had Taco Bell in ages. I don’t normally eat fast food, but hey, every once in a while it doesn’t hurt.
If anyone sees a mushroom cloud coming from the direction of Arkansas, blame Taco Bell and Blake. 😉🍻

2 goose eggs scrambled, cilantro, jalapeños, toast with refried herbs. Nice Ballast Point stout. Split about 3/4 cord of rock oak and hard maple earlier after fixing brothers hot tub. Nice workout too
