The beans are cooking. I added 2 lbs. of smoked sausage, a HUGE white onion, 3 ham hocks, 2 links of andouille sausage, a couple cloves of garlic, and 3 Bay leaves.

Cut-in-half radishes, cheese, a pretzel, and a cold beer. Great when the weather is hot. I often eat tuna over grated daikon.
