Awesome. That is so great!!I just broke a 15 hour fast with my morning chocolate milk and coffee. I lost 1.7 pounds yesterday! So I take back what I said a few weeks ago about how my metabolism has slowed down because it can definitely work, I just needed to try something different. I am very close to my first goal of getting under 190 pounds. Today I weighed in at exactly 190.0! So in 8 days I have lost 5.9 pounds. I haven’t changed the type of food I eat, I just don’t snack as much now that my daily eating window is smaller

Doing my first proper +16hr fast today since getting hospitalized in mid December. When I was in hospital I couldn’t eat for over 72hrs but that doesn’t really count as they had me hooked up to IV bags.Maybe we should start a new thread, "What are you NOT eating right now?"
